DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

Hydroxypropyl Bis-Hydroxyethyldimonium Chloride can be incorporated into a wide range of cosmetic and personal care formulations:

• Hair Conditioners & Masks: 0.2 – 2% for conditioning and slip

• Leave-In Conditioners & Detanglers: 0.1 – 1% for manageability

• Shampoos & Cleansing Conditioners: 0.1 – 0.5% for softness and reduced static

• Styling Creams & Treatments: 0.1 – 1% for smooth feel and conditioning

Add to the water phase and mix until fully dispersed. Compatible with most nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.
