BTMS – 50

BTMS-50 is a blend containing behentrimonium methosulfate and fatty alcohols, giving it a higher concentration of conditioning agents compared to BTMS-25. This makes it ideal for richer formulations that require enhanced conditioning performance. It is commonly incorporated into conditioners, hair masks, leave-in treatments, creams, and lotions where a luxurious feel and improved hair or skin conditioning are desired.

BTMS-50 is valued for its versatility and effectiveness and is frequently used in formulations designed for dry, damaged, or textured hair types when properly formulated.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

BTMS-50 can be incorporated into a wide range of cosmetic and personal care formulations:

• Hair Conditioners & Masks: 2 – 10% for detangling and deep conditioning

• Leave-In Conditioners: 1 – 5% for softness and manageability

• Creams & Lotions: 1 – 6% for emulsification and conditioning

• Hair Styling Products: 1 – 4% for smoothness and slip

Melt fully in the oil phase before blending with the water phase.
