Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer for:
Bulk or wholesale orders
Made-to-order or custom-packaged items
High-volume sales periods
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Kemistry ships using reputable carriers, which may include:

FedEx
Carrier selection is determined by package weight, size, destination, and contents.
Kemistry does not guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
Bulk, wholesale, or oversized orders may require:

4. Domestic & International Shipping

5. Handling of Liquids, Powders & Fragile Items
Liquid ingredients, powders, and fragile items are securely packaged to minimize risk during transit.
Temperature-sensitive materials may be affected by extreme weather conditions.
Kemistry is not responsible for changes in texture, appearance, or consistency caused by temperature fluctuations during shipping.
6. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:
Verifying shipping addresses before checkout
Reviewing order details prior to submission
Kemistry is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:
Kemistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier
If a package is delayed or lost in transit, Kemistry will assist by providing tracking information but cannot guarantee resolution.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact Kemistry within 5 business days of delivery
Provide clear photos of:
The damaged item
Inner packaging
Outer shipping box
Failure to submit documentation within the required timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
9. Refused or Returned Shipments
Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to:
Restocking fees
Return shipping charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For wholesale or bulk customers:
Lead times may vary based on inventory and order size
Freight shipments may require appointment delivery
Customers are responsible for offloading freight shipments unless otherwise arranged
All wholesale and bulk sales are final once shipped.
11. Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Custom or bulk orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
