This oil is solid below and liquid above room temperature, with a melting range of approximately 75–83°F, making it well suited for both anhydrous and emulsified formulations where firmness and stability are desired. Due to its oxidative stability and functional properties, Coconut Oil (76° RBD) is widely used across soap making, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic manufacturing applications.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

Coconut Oil (76° RBD) can be incorporated into a wide range of cosmetic and personal care products:

• Cold & Hot Process Soaps: 10 – 30% for hardness, lather, and increased yield

• Lotions & Creams: 2 – 20% for structure and emollience

• Body Butters & Balms: 5 – 50% for firmness and skin conditioning

• Massage Oils: 5 – 100% when blended or gently liquefied

• Lip Balms & Solid Products: 5 – 30% for structure and glide

Melt gently before use and incorporate into the oil phase of formulations.
