Cetrimonium Chloride

CETAC™ 30% is a high-purity, aqueous solution of Cetrimonium Chloride (30% active), a cationic conditioning agent widely used in haircare and personal care formulations. Known for its excellent detangling, anti-static, and conditioning performance, CETAC™ 30% improves combability and slip while enhancing the overall feel of finished products.

This ingredient is commonly incorporated into conditioners, leave-in treatments, hair masks, detanglers, and rinse-off systems where effective conditioning and ease of manageability are desired.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

CETAC™ 30% can be incorporated into a wide range of cosmetic and personal care formulations:

• Hair Conditioners (Rinse-Off): 0.5 – 3% for conditioning and detangling

• Leave-In Conditioners & Detanglers: 0.1 – 1% for slip and manageability

• Hair Masks & Treatments: 0.5 – 2% for enhanced conditioning

• Anti-Static & Smoothing Products: 0.1 – 1% to reduce flyaways

Add to the water phase and heat if required to ensure uniform incorporation. Compatible with most nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.
