Xanthan Gum

Produced through the fermentation of sugars, Xanthan Gum is commonly incorporated into gels, creams, lotions, cleansers, serums, and haircare products. It provides excellent stability across a wide range of temperatures and pH levels and helps suspend active ingredients evenly throughout formulations.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

Xanthan Gum can be incorporated into a wide range of cosmetic and personal care formulations:

• Gels & Serums: 0.1 – 1% for viscosity and suspension

• Creams & Lotions: 0.1 – 0.5% for stabilization and texture

• Cleansers & Shampoos: 0.1 – 0.5% to improve consistency

• Suspension Formulations: 0.1 – 0.8% to evenly disperse ingredients

Pre-disperse in glycerin or dry blend before adding to water to minimize clumping.
